The mahi pai shoes have special features such as chargers for the lights, secret codes and special affects they are the; “Ka taea – I can shoes” range, tamariki can scan the QR codes and the taniwha have special encouraging “I can” messages, reels and jingles such as “I can do it”, “E tu rangatira au”, “I can run fast” “I stand tall” The mahi pai clothing is the “Ko au- I am” range which also feature powerful self-messages, reels, jingles of “Ko au-I am” “I am strong” “I am a winner” “I try my best” ‘I am so clever” “ He rangatira ahau” “He kaitoa ahau”

The Mahi Pai health range

The Mahi Pai health range of products include special taniwha soap and magic taniwha bath dust etc, the soap is made of all natural products that use special aromatherapy to trigger and encourage different emotions and behaviours. Also featuring QR codes that teach tamariki in fun tutorials how to wash and dry their hands properly, for this reason the soap is made of very bright colours so that tamariki can see if they cover all of their hands with soap while washing and the bright colours create a fun way to enjoy washing your body and hair!

Mahi Pai education resources

The Mahi pai education resources promote te reo Maori and NZ sign language. The Mahi pai kete matauranga is made up of ten kaupapa. Each of the kaupapa are taught with fun accelerated learning strategies that feature a digital component of upbeat waiata, waiata video clips, reo tutorials, sign language tutorials, dance tutorials, teaching tutorials, downloadable workbooks, colouring books, certificates, e-books and the hardpacks contain story books, board games, puzzles, flashcards, posters, monitoring charts and talking taniwha. As participants reach the completion of all ten kaupapa the Mahi pai taniwha visit the learning setting and celebrate by performing a live show! All kaupapa are aligned with learning objectives and outcomes with the NZ curriculum and Te Whariki curriculum.

Mahi Pai live shows have reached more than 60,000 tamariki In Aotearoa and Australia, we know that children learn best when they are having fun, the Mahi pai live show is full unbridled exhilarating action packed fun! The show is promotes te reo Maori and NZ sign language. All of the performers are talented world stage dancers and bring lots of high energy dance and kapa haka to the stage!
